Size Chart:

Petite: 20ml Capacity, 43 in diameter is recommended for women under age 25, or who have a low cervix, or no vaginal birth, or beginner, or with light to a heavy period.

Ample: 30ml Capacity, 47 in diameter is recommended for women over the age of 25, or who have a high cervix, or with vaginal birth, or advanced user, or with light to a super heavy period.
