How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All orders have a processing time of 1-2 business days. If you receive a tracking number, you will be able to see the estimated delivery date. A tracking number may not be provided for international orders depending on your location. Delivery time will be based on your local post office.
*All packages are shipped out of Vancouver, BC.
*Note that pre-order items have a different processing and shipping time. Please refer to the website announcement banner and the product notes before adding to cart.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders are processed and shipped as soon as possible. At the moment, we cannot change or cancel orders. If you would like to add to an existing order to avail free shipping, we might be able to do so depending on how soon we receive your request.
How do I use my promo code?
You can apply your promo code in your shopping cart where the box asks for your ‘Discount Code’. Enter it in the box and click apply.
Can I use more than one promo code?
Typically, promo codes cannot be combined but there may be exceptions in some cases.
How do I get free shipping?
Receive FREE shipping with standard orders of $100 or more (after discounts).
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive via e-mail the shipping confirmation and tracking information you can follow. You can expect to receive a tracking number within 1-3 business days. Alternatively, you can track your shipment from your account, just login to view.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to Canada, the USA and the U.K. If you are looking to ship outside of these countries, send us an email email@example.com
My package is being resent back to the sender. Why is that?
If the service provider is unable to verify your address, the package is automatically shipped back to the sender. It is likely that the shipping address is either incomplete (ie. missing a unit #) or has conflicting information (includes both street and PO Box address). To avoid this, please make sure to include the apt/unit/suite # if your mailing address is an apartment/condo building or townhouse/commercial complex. Please do not include both the PO Box and street address, as service providers will only recognize one or the other.
*Please kindly note that costs incurred as a result of incomplete and/or inaccurate address will be the responsibility of the buyer. This includes return to sender fee and re-ship to complete address fee.
I think my package is lost. What should I do?
Please contact your local post office to inquire and request for the lost package to be investigated. If the issue continues to go unresolved, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can follow up with our service provider.
